What is GimmeNow?

GimmeNow is an online marketplace that lets you get what you need, when you need it, within 2 hours, for those within our instant delivery range. We have options across the categories of health, beauty, baby, toys, entertainment, electronics, home and more.

Where is GimmeNow Instant (< 2hr) Delivery available?

GimmeNow is currently servicing Melbourne CBD, Metropolitan East and South East.

Do you deliver to those outside of the Instant Delivery range?

Yes we do. Those outside of the Instant (< 2hr) delivery range may be provided the offer of regular post or express post, should the items in the order have the right size / dimensions accepted by the postal service.

How can I purchase from GimmeNow?

Purchases can be made through our online store. In order to be able to meet the speedy delivery timeframes, we need to know the destination of the order, please enter the address before browsing products to view the availability of the items.


What payment methods are accepted by GimmeNow?

We are currently accepting major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We are also offering Paypal payments.

Do you provide Buy Now Pay Later options?

Using Paypal, you can leverage their Pay in 4 facilities to “Buy Now Pay Later”.

How can I easily tell if my order had missing items?

It is common to have items ordered that may be out of stock in the stores. Our shoppers will do our best to search and request for the items in store, however, this may not always be successful. You can easily view what you ordered and how many were located and delivered through the Live Tracking page. The link to the tracking page can be found within the order confirmation email, or under My Account > My Orders > Action > Track Order.

Within the tracking page, you will see the list of items ordered, those picked and delivered successfully are in Green, items that differ to what was ordered is in Red. Against each item is the “Qty” ordered, and “Supply” identifies how many were picked and delivered.

What happens if an item I purchased is out of stock?

If you have been notified by our shopper that an item is out of stock, a process for a refund is automatically triggered. There may be 1-2 business days required to process the refund. Refunds of Reward Points will be visible immediately upon completion of the refund process. Refunds back to a credit card or debit credit card may require an additional 2-3 business days before the transaction is visible, depending on your financial institution.

Can I cancel an order?

If an order is in progress, we are unable to cancel the order without penalty. Depending on what stage the order is at, there may be cost implications, such as delivery fees. GimmeNow will endeavour to assist you with your order regardless, however, at times we are bound by the individual stores policies, which may include inability to obtain refunds based on change of mind etc.

Can I return an item I purchased?

It depends. There are laws in Australia that governs all retail businesses (this is called the ACL) – we will comply to the ACL as required by law. However, we are also bound by policies of individual stores, aside from those that must be complied with (the ACL). Regardless, GimmeNow will assist you through the matter until there is a reasonable resolution, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at or through our Facebook messenger chat (bottom left corner). What is GimmeNow Rewards?

GimmeNow Rewards program allows account holders to earn reward points through special promotional events that are either on-going or ad-hoc. Examples include referral programs, or limited time offers which will be communicated via various channels such as email, social media or visual banners on the store website.

How do I use my rewards?

Reward points can be used at Check Out to reduce the total order amount, excluding delivery fees. The minimum spend to use points is $50 in the cart. Further instructions can be found here.

When will my points expire?

Reward points expire after 90 days of receiving them.

Is there a minimum spend to use points?

Yes, the order value must be at least $50 to use reward points.

How do I earn more reward points?

There are many ways to earn reward points, the best bet is by referring friends to GimmeNow. When they make a purchase with GimmeNow, you will receive points to use for your next purchase. We will be introducing more ways to earn points – keep an eye out for this.


What is your return policy?

In summary, our return policy is defined by our supplier’s return policy. However, we will assist with all return enquiries and coordination to any supplier, and will assist you through the process.

How do I return an item?

The first step is to contact us via or through Facebook chat (bottom left corner). We will assist you in determining whether the item is eligible for return and any potential fees involved (if at all). Once a return is good to go, we offer several ways to get the products back to us, including:

  • Courier pick up / exchange
  • Parcel drop off point
Do you accept Change of Mind returns?

First and foremost, our supplier’s policies apply, should a Change of Mind return not be possible, we won’t be able to either. However, as per our Ts and Cs, this will be at our discretion and we will comply to the minimum requirements of the ACL. In most cases, Change of Mind return shipping or delivery costs, will be payable.

What will I be refunded?

When an order is cancelled, a refund will be processed and returned to the original form of payment within 1-2 business days. For change of mind related refunds, the payment transaction fee will be payable and will not be refunded.


How much does delivery cost?

Instant Delivery from a single shopping hub is $14.99. If you spend $199+ the delivery fee is waived. Those outside of the Instant Delivery range will be provided options for Regular or Express post, fees will be automatically calculated based on the dimensions of the items ordered.

Does GimmeNow deliver to Parcel Lockers and PO Box addresses?

GimmeNow does not deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes for instant delivery. We only deliver to residential addresses, such as apartments, houses, flats, or commercial locations, such as office buildings and the like. However, if you wish to address purchases to Parcel Lockers / PO Boxes, this can be achieved using the Regular or Express post options.

How long should I expect my order to arrive?

For instant delivery we anticipate all deliveries to arrive within 2 hours. However, there are certain circumstances where there may be delays, such as unavailability or couriers or shoppers at the time, or other unforeseeable situations such as traffic jams or vehicle break downs. If there will be such delays, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as we can.

Orders placed outside of operational hours will be processed the next business day and will not be delivered in under 2 hours. Keep an eye on the tracking page for your order to see where it is at and when it will arrive. We will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.

For non instant delivery options, the estimated number of days are listed within the options, however, we are reliant on third party couriers / postal services which may at times experience congestion in their delivery network. Tracking will be provided for you to keep an eye on your orders should this be the case.

Should I tip my courier?

How do I track my delivery?

On completion of your order, you would have received an email to confirm the order. There is tracking link within the email that will take you to the tracking page. Alternatively, there is also a link to “Track Order” within My AccountMy Orders, under the heading Action.

Can I request for my delivery order to be left unattended?

For instant delivery we currently do not offer Authority to Leave options as we expect that there will be a receiver present when the items arrive. We also require our couriers to scan an order specific QR code that is provided in the order tracking link to deliver the items successfully. 

For parcel post through Australia Post and other shipping partners, this may be possible depending on their policies. However, there may be times when items could not be left unattended due to reasons such as safety or risk of loss / damage, in these cases the items may be sent to a local post office to pick up at your convenience.

What happens if I did not receive my order?

Don’t panic, we are here to help. Contact us at so we can assist you with this. The actions needed to be taken depends on the reason why the order was not received. Some reasons and actions are below:

  • Incorrect address, incorrect recipient, parcel not picked up at your LPO on time – If an incorrect address was provided to us at the time of order, and the items are returned to us, we can assist with a redelivery, new delivery fees applicable. Alternatively, we can refund the items if the timing aligns with our policies and/or our supplier policies, however the cost of the initial delivery cannot be refunded
  • Lost in transit – we will assist in locating the order, if it cannot be located and confirmed by our delivery partners, we will assist with resending the order to you
